Barbed wire fencing
Barbed wire fencing is the most cost effective way of protecting your property. At IndiaProp, we use a strong, high quality form of barbed wire that is PVC coated and rust resistant. Our pattern for fencing aims to prevent encroachments as well as stray animals getting into the property. For this, we use an effective design with 5 horizontal lines and 2 crossed diagonals . Poles are necessary to support the fencing. We stand up poles that are 7 feet high (with 2 feet going under the ground and 5 feet above ground). The poles are spaced 10 feet apart for most effective support. The life of this is typically 5+ years. An optional gate, 3 ft x 5ft for access can be optionally installed

Pre-cast wall / compound construction
Precast walls are a solid investment if you intend to hold your property for longer. Walls help provide a stronger form of protection especially if construction activity is occurring on either sides of your property. The typical height of the wall is 6 feet, These precast slabs can withstand 15 to 20 years in all weather conditions. An optional 3 x 5 feet gate is installed on one end of the plot for easy access.
